Dear members,

The scouting year is split into 6-month long ‘Treks’. Every member, including leaders and adult helpers, needs to register for each Trek and, if required, pay. Trek 1 of 2024 is open for registrations from 1^st January and you will need to register before attending your first scout activity in 2024.

Registering is simple:

• Go to our group’s website by scanning the QR code above or go to:                          2nd-3rd-pennant-hills.group.scoutsnsw.com.au/home/
• Click on ‘registration’.
• Confirm member details.
• Proceed to payment.

Fees

State and group fees are to be paid together when you register. The state fees are $140 for the Trek. This covers things like insurance, regional events, and training. The group fees are set at $130 for the Trek and cover our local expenses such as craft materials and hall maintenance. Discounts are available for siblings and children of leaders.
